Concealed Handgun Training is the foundational course offered at Green's, and there are several reasons why we are the best value that you will find for this service.

First, we do it all in one day... it is a LONG day, but we have a lot of fun.

Second, we offer a complete package. When you leave at the end of the day, you will have all of your paperwork filled out and notarized, your pictures and all of the paperwork organized just the way the Texas Department of Public Safety likes it.

 Others offer the course for a few bucks less, but most of them stretch it out to 2 days and/or don't offer all of the extras described above. That's why we are confident that this is the best value you will find anywhere.

The cost is $100 for new licensees and $75 for renewals. We typically offer the course on Saturday. You will need to bring a reliable handgun, preferably a semiautomatic, of .380ACP caliber or bigger, as well as 50 rounds of ammunition.  If you need to borrow a gun, we've got several to choose from, and we also have plenty of ammo if you want to buy it from us. Ron Green's father was a Master Gunsmith and started Ron working on guns when he was just a boy. Years of training and experience have enabled him to perform many types of upgrades and modifications as well as troubleshoot problems with your firearm. For example, it only took Ron a few minutes to deduce why this rifle was shooting low and to the left.
