The September Meeting of the Longview Economic Development Corporation's (LEDCO) Lean User's Group will meet at Green's Guns and Range on September 17, 2008. The meeting will inlcude a Lego Value Stream Improvement Simulation, discussion of "Next Steps," and scheduling of next meeting. Details are included below.

Lego Value Stream Simulation:

The object of the exercise is to help everyone understand how they fit into a specific value stream and also to illustrate how waste and constraints can hide within the value stream. It will also allow the participants to design and lay-out a better and more efficient VS on each iteration.

After the Meeting:

Lean Users Group Participants will be more than welcome to spend some time down on the range after the meeting. Greens Guns and Range has several range guns that can be borrowed or you can bring your own.
