   It's a Blast! (Pun Intended) 

Hone your defensive handgun skills in a fun & competitive atmosphere.

The purpose of this league is to increase your defensive handgun effectiveness by putting you in extraordinarily bad situations in which you need to use your handgun. The cost of the league will be $10 per night. 50 - 100 rounds will be needed for each week. Awards will be given each week for Top Gun. For the final tournament, awards will be given for League Top Gun, Tournament Top Gun, and Most Improved Shooter.

Each week shooters are presented with simulated attacks in which they need to engage multiple opponents, deal with firearm malfunctions, reload, engage opponents with hostages, and deal with shoot/no-shoot scenarios. In general, the exercises will be formatted to simulate two types of attacks: (1) In a public setting in which you are carrying a concealed weapon, and (2) A home invasion in which you must retrieve your firearm from a secured location and then engage the attackers.  

"What if I am not a great shooter? I don't want to embarrass myself." Don't worry about that. The purpose of this league is to help you improve your ability to defend yourself with a handgun if necessary. The prizes are going to be pretty cheesy anyhow, so don't worry about shooting better than everyone else out there. Just focus on improving each week.
